All the properties listed on the site are authentic. We have a system of verifying the user contact details. Perhaps we show only verified properties on our website.

By registering you become a member of Propertybazaar.com. You will have the opportunity to Buy, Sell and Rent a property. You will receive mail notifications from us on interested buyers and sellers.
If you are looking to sell / Rent Out a property, we have a set of paid Listings packages to suit your needs. We also provide various other Advertising Solutions.
You can forward the details of the property to them. Click on the "Send to friend" link displayed below the property listing to send the property details to them.
When you post your property the first time it will not appear immediately in the search results. Validation is usually completed within 24 hours after which it will appear in the search results.
Probably there are no properties currently available that match your search criteria. Try adding your property requirements by filling up a simple buy form with relevant details. This will help you focus your search with ease.
Search is FREE. Anyone can search for property listings on our site.
You can upload your logo only if you are an Agent or a Builder at the time of registration or later on.
Login to your account and go to My Account < modify your profile. Once the modifications to your property have been done, click on the Save profile button. Your information will be saved and your modified property profile will appear on the site.
Login to your account and go to My Account < manage properties < Current Listings < Edit < Enter Text shown < submit. Your information will be sent for validation, which is usually completed within 24 hours. After validation, your modified profile will appear on the site.
